About the Role

Clariden Global and Chartered Institute of Professional Certifications delivers global training programs and conferences around the world. We collaborate with instructors from renowned institutions from around the world, such as Harvard University, Stanford University and Wharton Business School, and leading industry experts to design and lead the programs globally. All of programs are fully accredited by CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Our aim is to help professionals and companies acquire skills and obtain certifications to help them create a competitive edge in their career and industry.
 

Today, we are looking to hire 2 Senior Training Specialist/Developer. Your responsibility will be to help us design and deliver global training programs by working closely with new Faculty Leaders. You need to have proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting, a strong track record in sourcing potential trainers and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

 

Job Scope

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key training needs analysis and target audience’s learning needs

  • Conceptualize in-demand program agenda and content to meet target market’s needs
     

 Faculty Director Acquisition

  • Source high-level and influential Faculty Director in delivering specific on-demand training program. You also need to know how to negotiate terms, align program objectives, manage project timeline and deliverables

  • Manage event budget and hold P&L responsibility


Project Management (Marketing & Operation)

  • Act as focal point with sales & marketing team by producing promotional and marketing materials such as website write-up, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) and email copy to maximize program registration

  • Work as project manager to work closely with all internal teams such as sales & marketing, operations and developers to ensure the success of program launch and that it is delivered on time and in budget


Program Assessment

  • Track and evaluate program and Faculty Director’s feedbacks to ensure quality control of all on-demand programs

  • Analyze programs’ evaluation and determine strategic solution in managing underperformed programs

Location

  • Remote working from India while collaborating with our teams in Singapore, Australia, Philippines and India

Requirements

•    At least 5 years of experiences in training development or L&D roles
•    You must have designed and developed multiple training programs previously
•    Ability to identify training needs globally
•    Excellent written communication skills
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•    Excellent planning and time management skills
•    Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand
